In answer to your question - I could definitely be wrong but I'd say most on here are no longer buying. Not because they don't believe in the story, but because they already have enough!
KPO are certainly on offer for a good price now, but the outcome here is binary. If contracts come our way you will be bagging regardless of whether you bought at 8.5c or 16c. If no contracts come through then your investment won't be worth much.
I'm a believer that this will pay off handsomely over the next month or two.
