As i understand CDG is going to spin out its iron ore projects...

    As i understand CDG is going to spin out its iron ore projects into NewCo and CDG will be a gold focus company with its Brazil project - right !

    I havent seen any information as to what is NewCo (name/etc) for CDG and or how are they maintaining the Brazil iron ore assets and what and when is all of this going to happen ???

    Any ideas ??
