Robbo, To say CTP is in a worse place than 6 months ago is ridiculous. We have a EPT going on and some serious interest in what we are doing. CP is not the be all and end all of what can happen with CTP. He is a real estate man at heart and is just trying to make a dollar on our real estate before some one else does. Bottom line, we are in the right place at the right time. Hold the lines, to many people are getting nervous when we are so close to payday.
