PLNP is currently waiting for Court judgment that may grant leave to bring a derivative action (i.e. Shareholders action) against CTP

That decision may be days of weeks away, Even then the substantive matter will not be heard and determined for many months, perhaps 12 to 18 months by the Court, so it’s not a case of him winning and getting the shares bank.

Frankly I don’t see him winning in any event.

He may get leave to proceed, but I think that the Court will not set aside the transaction.
