You're obviously not a Sandgroper! Otherwise, you would know that

1) DUNCRAIG, WA is a Northern suburb, the 'flash' addresses are in the Western suburbs much closer to the city.

2) DUNCRAIG and BALCATTA (where CQT has its HQ), are BOTH in the Northern suburbs, so JT would't have to take the Mitchell Freeway to the city during the rush-hour crawl. BALCATTA is 4 exits North of the city, DUNCRAIG is 6 exits North, and you could avoid the freeway entirely if you preferred.
