There has been no announcement changes to their production rate estimates on Ross and Barber. So untill that happens whether it does or doesn't then I am still incline to stick with the view that its 1.5ml lbs/year.(I think anyone would still be happy with that)
There's a number of possibilties though,
The obvious one to me is future production down the track picking up more of Lance's key areas.
Or maybe another reason why they are going for a 3ml lb plant design is simply because they can for no extra cost.
Or maybe the millidarcy's are that good that they can pump more out than expected.
Just need more clarity on it.
