Jase, there's different stages for approvals to explore then mine. Plus the WA Gov only recently brought in these restrictions which could be overturned by new leadership or a change in the weather. The biggest hurdle here may be from the tradional owners but sisnce they're behind Karara I don't see whay they'd stop another development just up the road. I am optomistic there won't be any dramas here since Karara has been approved and all the locals seem to be behind it and am staying invested in them, but don't have the house on it.
