One thing to point out that allot these posts are assuming that there has already been a response from SGH's lenders (possibly including demands or restrictions). You guys are jumping the gun a bit.

From the SGH HY1 2016 presentation:
"Operating plan and restructure proposal due to banking syndicate in March 2016
.....
Agreement to be reached on amendments to the facility, if any, by 30 April 2016"

I am not aware of more concrete dates than these of when stuff actually happened/is going to happen, but there is no guarantee that the proposal went to the lenders any earlier than last Thursday. I highly doubt the response from said lenders will be in yet. All assumptions though and nothing has been announced that I know of.
