I wonder how those mounting job losses will affect the 55 plus year olds 12 to 36 months from now? Those same debt-sentence adherents with 5 to 20 encumbered investment properties in their portfolio with a bunch of unemployed tenants who can't pay the rental yields they want to cover the loans they took out?

I'm looking forward to cheaper rents and cheaper houses.
