i got the low down from my brother and his non paying renter this weekend
boy do tenants have rights in WA
he is about 5k in the hole and still cant get him out
i guess his "no renting to family members" policy of his wife is a real winner
meanwhile my landlord who pays no agent fees, doesnt need to do rent inspections or organise trades to fix things is still not paying his tradie bills because well, they dont have his address , only "mine"!
