yes he has UT and his agent stuffed up his tenancy agreement as well, he wanted 6 months the tenant got 12 months
i doubt he would have emailed the agency (have it in writing) so he cant sue them for stuffing that up

i really dont understand your angle you will have to explain. Its not a "complaint", my brother's wife didnt want to rent to me and now she is finding out the downside of renting to strangers
not that it matters, because by now the two bedroom place he has would be much more rent than i would be willing to pay
