more kar-alysis

Greetings all,

Haven't updated my sector chart, but looks like the magic no. is '4'.

SP multiple WPL-KAR: 43.21/9.09 = 4.75x
Shares on issue: 709.28/177.226 = 4.1x

Fairly basic this time around, sorry too much of analysis paralysis for ze brain.

Of course we know KAR has no 'Proven reserves, No debt & $225m cash & a 60:40 JV with Conoco and as someone pointed out lots of hot air (thankfully in those rocks, not the atmosphere, else the greenies would go bats for now).

Apologies, I am not a chartist but the technical commentary on this link makes some sense.

Fundamentals show first resistance at $9.30 & another at $10.36 (should it get there). Overall, bullish in short-mid term.

"KAR.AX has closed above the upper band by 4.8%. Although price has broken the upper band and a upside breakout is possible; the most likely direction for KAR.AX is to continue within current trading range. It is unclear right now based on current numbers. 58.5% wider than normal. The large width of the bands suggest high volatility as compared to KAR.AX's normal range. The bands have been in this wide range for 0 bars. This is a sign that the current trend might continue."
