I don't think it is at all certain that they will find a partner to fund the phase 3 trial. If all they have at the conference is a reduction in sCD163 levels then this is not going to interest the big guys.
I should add that the current trial was really a phase 2a trial and that a larger and longer phase 2 trial would really be a phase 2b.
