which should put it back in the thicker interestion areas.

I did not bother putting any time into the argument of where RIO is located but given the map JH provided you must agree they are interestingly close.

this is a very large step away from what JH has been stating previously and it is a worry for me. What info may have come his way to make him consider this in public.
