More largesse for Davies

I do not see any comments on here about the AGM notice of meeting. Once again we have pages and pages of legally written guff for our CEO to line his pockets.

Whilst some of the targets might seem a fair enough( for shareholders) stretch, it is interesting to note that there is no mention of net profit or dividends to shareholders. There is a comparison to a basket of other oil and gas producers but that is all I can see that is really relevant to shareholders.

Is it really that relevant to us if production goes up 5 fold if say holders do not get a good return on that investment either through dividends or sustainable and not just cyclical capital growth? Davies does not appear to suffer if the gas price drops. His penalty if a lot of shares are issued to achieve this growth appears to be minimal!!
