First of all, they have atleast $3.5 Million short term funds to keep them afloat for 12-18months. Not that they will need that long.

Secondly they are already in negotiations with several JV potentials who are very aware of the true value of NKP's asset but are also well aware of the anglo/arm negotiations/ legal wrangling. Would not suprise me, if they are also partly involved with the negotiations.

As for SP direction tomorrow--who knows, could be down. I am not concerned with where it is going over the short term. It is where it will be when the JV partner is announced and or the ANglo/Arm deal is finalised.
