seneca exactly my reasoning though I'm not as well read on the figures as you are.
I don't think the AGS board would have thosen this approach (i.e. frontal attack!) without having carefully weighed their positions and I believe like in most similar situations that there will be a settlement. I can see nothing wrong in what AGS has done to date re: the terms of the JV.
Lets see who blinks first.
