Yes the sp is holding up very well. Perhaps it's a case of any publicity can be good publicity. Hope you can get in again at a reasonable price if the two warring parties finally do manage to come to an agreement (before enriching the lawyers too much).

One good point in the court case/s coverage is that both parties have reiterated their commitment to the project. Hopefully it's just a posturing war dance atm ... and will be followed by hand shakes or nose rubbing or whatever it takes to get the mine back on track again..
