Before the AGM, updated, accurate accounts must surely be provided - otherwise the AGM will be a farce.

It will be very interesting reading between the lines in the accounts, to see how the following items have been treated:

1. $6.5M-odd sundry debtors in parent entity
2. $2.4 M financing cost which we assumed was QVT payment, but which went elsewhere
3. Cash discrepancy - I recall $5M-odd - discovered by new board
4. Mooncorp $1M - was it actually received? Where did it go?
5. How much was spent on lawyers in 08/09.

The "reading between the lines" will help us judge how much trouble the former directors, accountants, auditors and suspected dogdgy associates are actually in.
