So, polluters increase their prices to compensate for the carbon tax and 9 out of 10 Australians will be compensated, many ovely so ... how does it all help climate change (the elephant in the room) ... not everyone and every company can be compensated to the point that there is no incentive to change carbon consuming behaviour ... too slick for my liking.
