The figure of 5% shouldn't be worriesome, the initial run of the plant up until the end of November wasn't for a long enough period of time for the concentration in the hydrator to achieve the desired 69-70%. The way it's been explained to me is that the P4O10 gas needs to recirculate through the hydrator to keep building concentration. Due to the minor issues of the first start up that needed addressing, as advised in the announcement 28/11/13, the plant was shut down before this could be achieved.

We are are still waiting on news that the plant gas been operating as it should for the last few weeks, and for advisement that full concentration of SPA has been achieved. This announcement may not be too far away, but I don't know any more than what has been released to the market a month and a half ago.
