What I like about it is from what I can tell most of these new production processes normally have two parts start up and production. during construction they will have a project manager to supervise the setup who would normally get more $$$ then once the plant is up and running u get in the production manager for the longer term.

For me it could be a sign that the demo plant is moving from startup to production which is a good thing.

If the guy was no good he wouldnt have last two yrs in the role?

Any how, with the lack of news and a sp slowly drifting down at least it is something to put a bit of faith in.
