Remembering they have just signed N Williams. Its a SaaS company, so pay as you go may be their model with some form of upfront payment to get started plus the services cost to integrate getswift into the customers existing logistics/it systems.
It wont roll out overnight.
1 billion transactions equate to 138 million on a fee per delivery basis. So the dees wont start rolling in until the integration work is done, in phases...
