It was during the depths of the GFC and they had trouble finding a buyer. Maybe they would have got a better price if they had sold it now. I note GXY acquired "80% interest in tenements near Mt Cattlin resource from Traka Resources Limited for $145,000" which doesn't sound like much. I guess that sort of means a 20% royalty for Traka for doing nothing though.
