Key word being "claim". I've been sued for upwards of $100,000,000 AUD in Federal Court, the vast majority of it being complete bollocks. Plaintiffs tend to over-inflate their claims, but then accept a much smaller figure.
It would be wise to wait for Atrum's response before making any sort of judgement on a settlement.
