I call BS. Let an ICAC decide. Also the letter written ‘To whom it may concern’ outrageous. How do you control how that is used in foreign markets. Let an ICAC decide.

You said in the header there was corruption.

Why do you now say ICAC is needed to decide if there was corruption when you have already stated corruption has occurred?
