    Although I am just chicken feed ... proxy is in the mail and it is of course in the negative.

    Rationale: It is just too generous for my liking - given the company is making me go grey and (not wealthy). I know that management get much better than a good pay for a good days work - but that is way too excessive and unreasonable in my view.
