Everybody is entitled to their views and bits of frustration.
For those who are disenchanted the best avenue to sell and get out. But IMHO the whole episode is orchestrated. Cephalon will be the most affected party since their conversion price is $0.50 with their interest free loan of 15 million. The motion cannot carry without their blessing anyway.
