Precisely, Leslie intercepted PH and stopped him from selling to anyone else although PH felt uncomfortable about selling to IMU. But Leslie insist no conflict of interest as long as he stays out of negotiation which he did. And as far as Yuman Fong is concerned, he wants a company to truly take this forward and to market unlike his past sale to other pharma where they just shelved it.
