more massive dilution: sp to head south

Thanks for your insights, Ouisia. I've been in and out of QRS and with only 66 million shares on issue giving a market cap of circa $15-20 milion, was thinking of getting back in at current levels. You've put me straight on that. These guys certainly have a way of painting a rosy picture. Given the potential, they are one of the great disappointments of 05/06/07. Can you clarify why the core IP isn't worth more to one of the big players? Thanks.
