westmoon (more material for VTI's AGM)
It is an insult to me as an shareholder that Robert B. Morriss, whose firm sells also 'Innovative, Variable Exercise Bicycle' has the audacity of pretending Bauxsol technology is 'half his' and possessing the knowledge since 5th of Feb 2004 about :
General Motors
Newmont Canada
Republic of Corea
Port of Baltimore
when VTI management still failed to announce anything on the ASX or AIM in order to comply with continuous disclosure and not fulfilling the basics of corporate governance requirements (all above items are still unknown, others, not included above (but included in the presentation) were mentioned in the past).
VTI management did not even acknowledged till now that it has any official dealings (MOU or JV) with Robert B. Morriss's Environmental Trade Consortium, LLC.

hope you will be so kind and put it as the next item, on your list of the topics for the upcoming AGM
the disparity of 'knowledge' or should I say rumors between UK market and Australia is a disgrace as well
and please remind the board that our CEO (in particular) should not forget to get square with ATO, no one wants our chief to be in trouble, Vanuatu is good for a holiday, I wouldn't do anything else over there

then 2 days later, below was found on the UK ADVFN board:

Doesn't matter how smart the technology is, there is always competition.
From this week’s AWA News
A US company with a new technology for breaking down hydrocarbons and PCBs in soil and another to remove heavy metals from soil and water is seeking an Australian distributor. Please contact John Kanawati, US Commercial Service, Sydney at email [email protected]

Fax: 02-9221 0573
Email: [email protected]
Website: www.buyusa.gov/australia
was contacted by one of my collegues (another shareholder)
John Kanawati replied in email that :
" We've been approached by Environmental Trade Consortium, a U.S. company
involved in the marketing and distribution of environmental technologies.
The company claims to have a new technology that breaks down hydrocarbons
and PCB's in soil and another that removes heavy metals from soil and
water. The company claims to have broken down PCB's by 99% in 21 days and
knows of no other product that can do this.
More information can be found at www.envirtrade.com
I have two powerpoint presentations explaining their technology when
applied to groundwater remediation and contaminated soil remediation. I
will send these to you under separate emails given their size."

DOESN'T apply any more, the presentation got pulled off this site (I have it saved on my HD so do John Kanawati)
.....................................
in summary :
the selfappointed middle man Robert B. Morriss from Environmental Trade Consortium Envirtrade (a U.S. company), who had much detailed info of VTI's dealings (still not propagated to shareholders on ASX)
tried to sell VTI's technology (pretending it is his) to U.S. Commercial Service in Sydney
as you could see www.buyusa.gov/australia is here to tell us buyusa and to propagate US commerce localy
in the meantime VTI told 'us', that no entity in US had been given licence to the technology
not even : nonexec director Neil Bardach

Bardach is VTI's nonexecutive director and at the same time CEO of EnviroVizion which licenced technology from VTI, seems to be a funny arrangement (but what we can say, it is not announced by VTI)

New Product ElectroBind is a new and proven metal sequestration technology for the
plating industry developed by Virotec and licensed by EnviroVizion in
North America. Because it is prepared from an industrial by-product, it is
inexpensive and the use of the material provides an excellent example of
Green Technology?. It can be prepared as pure Bauxsol or as one of many
possible blends designed to enhance its capacity to treat contaminated
waters with different compositions.

so there is a good and a bad news from all of the above:
good - the threat of the competition to the VTI's technology turned out to be fake, HC researchers can cause some website rearrangements sometimes/somewhere, lol
bad - VTI management is NOT on top of the developments, some self appointed characters are doubtfull to enhance the average VTI shareholder's interest, shareholders are in a dark while VTI's directors got their obscene large incentives
and as usual 'crowbar' is denying everything, the very company secretary, who should put every shareholder on straight and narrow
very interesting example on how high quality management is...
