re Peter: Yep we have cut him a lot of slack in supporting him but this is wearing thin. Then came the big pay rise- I would like him to taken a lot of this in shares, but we don't know his personal circumstances...is he living in London?I've no idea.
He is now on notice.
He is in a difficult niche of the market as are we. If we launch a bit to turf him,we need to find someone who will perform better. Ultimately, the easiest thing would to be to find a white knight who will take over the projects and already has the necessary experience.
That would be feasible if we look at all the disaffected shareholder who I just know of. Forget about calling extraordinary meetings,we just get together and find our white knight with a sizable block of shares between us.
You never know, they may even retain Peter,but probably on a more reasonable package. I would really like to think that we'll look back and say he was worth it,but that's dreaming at this stage.
