Not sure if anyone here is familiar with Atlas Iron, but years ago Twiggy acquired a blocking stake in AGO, only for Gina Rinehart to takeover the whole company. I recall Twiggy didn’t even put up a fight, he bought 15% of the company at 4c a share and Rineharts Co acquired it “winner takes all” style for 4.2c or something.. Not sure if there was an underhanded deal behind the scenes.
I certainly hope this isn’t the case here for Austal
