Time will tell but I reckon Twiggy will make a move before then. He originally started buying in the mid $1.80s. His trip a fortnight ago to the Mobile yard along with his Tattarang CEO (who is reportedly pushing hard for the buyout) after meetings in Washington, Boston & NYC is particularly telling now that we know the Pentagon has to approve all site visits. I think he was there to inspect his imminent purchase and get USN clearance of his bona fides.
Time will tell but I reckon Twiggy will make a move before then....
