    If the buyer is serious then there will be a strategic element to it, not just books. Statements or articles claiming cold feet are likely background noise to play to the bidder for concessions on purchase. Confidence in management is important, but there is the Tech, production and strategic positioning within the US military industrial complex to consider which in this case would possibly carry far more weight. I doubt a few poorly administered and costly contracts would deter a serious buyer. Time will tell indeed. (fingers crossed)
