the red tape associated with RBSA is the hold up. everytime they have a query the whole application is resubmitted and CDS go to the back of the que again. There were shareholders at the meeting who were from SA and they understood that this was the way things worked there and did not see any issue with it. The RBSA also want to make sure the SA partners are not trying to sneak money out of the country so are looking very closely at this one and probably do the same with others involving offshore companies.
CDS are now having face to face talks with the RBSA and don't think it will be much longer now.
