    xindong- you might be right and I like your optimism but at the current rate of descent in the SP it will soon be cheaper to buy stock on market rather than thru the current entitlement issue, although that might depend on what you value the oppies at

    all in all an awful finish to the year looming for poor old PEK

    I aint sending my cheque in for a while just in case
