as for the current selling, I expect it is a wee bit of arbitrage between the spot price and the $0.06 rights issue price, so with a bit of luck that overhead supply will dry up once the rights issue gets sorted in January. Obviously there is also some skepticism towards any MOU, but that will abate if/when this agreement progresses and some cash starts to flow to PEK and/or the project.
