He basically has a policy platform of changing nothing, and that's mostly what he determined to do. Much as I'm not a fan of Tony Abbott as a P.M. he would have shone as P.M. in the same situation and would not have gone off on a holiday as his nation burned. We have seen too many times that the man is just too rigid to be of any good in the role as P.M. We will IMO be spared little under his Primeminstership because he's determined to be on the backfoot. This is the reality we have seen play out over and over again. But for some it seems he can do no wrong and anybody pointing out the opposite must be a hater, where as infact some of those labeled "Haters" are only desirous of better outcomes for the good people of Australia and have concluded and rightly IMO that we don't have compitent leadership in our P.M. We are fortunate to have capable and compitent people on the ground dealing with this catastrophic disaster, who knows had the ex-fire chiefs had a meeting with our P.M. in April and more preparations made in a timely fashion there may be more of us here today.
