I am hoping today is only the start of a very big push up.
Late this afternoon I saw some very big buys that I have not witnessed before with this stock.
Just looking back at past events we saw in August 2007 the stock went up 39c from 76 c to $1.15 in 7 trading days. There are others similar up periods but probably not with as much acceleration. Thus going up 9 cents today is a mere splash in the ocean. Anyone that bought in at low 40's today made a very good investment in my eyes.
There is a good probability todays run will only be the start of another steep incline. Todays news is obviously filtering out and within a few days the name MEO will no longer be .........'MEO who' .........but they are the mob that did that great deal with Petrobras. Hope I am right as there is nothing wrong with profit taking but after being so patient for so long why sell any prematurely. It is very hard not to sell a small portion but I will be holding out for a much bigger figure......fingers crossed.
Looking forward to the next 6+ months, maybe with a few less shares.
