PA,
Rio have the 50% Samarco JV with Vale (so about 12mt pa for Rio), but the project only grades ~40%DTR. Vale produces about 55Mt of pellets per year at grades of 40-45% DTR. So a notch down the quality curve from GRR. Canada, Iran, and Ukraine are also pellet producers. In terms of grade, not much compares with GRR's Savage River operation.
