I dont think the BRT management are interested in selling their business. They are on the cusp on generating some decent revenues, and with all the word they have done over the last few years, now is the time for the next stage of their growth.

As for Walt Disney. Not sure. I assume you are talking about the Master Toy license.... so what kids brands do you think havent been represented in the toy field yet?

Im not sure whether people saw, but Brainytoys released 3 announcements after market on friday, including the proposed acquisition of a UK distribution business.

Makes perfect sense given that Reveal and Enertec dont distribute to UK/Europe, and now with the world-wide Hummer license, they will now be able to control distribution and cross sell the other products into Europe & the UK.
