Livas - didn't actually realise they announced after market on Friday. That ann. indicates deal in UK and a possible placement to high net wealth/sophisticated investors. $1mill at around 14c in the next couple of weeks would be a very realistic expectation.

I also believe there is a possibility that the CFO is heading to Nth America and UK very soon.

Need to be patient now. I believe most of the big news is out there now. This company is still very short on funds and will take quite a while to become profitable, so I'd expect it to sit around the 15c mark for the next few months at least. Next news I guess is the ann. of a placement/fund raising initiative and then their UK purchase in late Feb.

Currently has approximately 76mill outstanding shares plus another 10mill or so to come onto market if a placement occurs plus quite a few in the convertible notes so 100mill still a pretty tight stock.

This is definitely a hold stock and probably a buy at around 13-15c IMO. Good luck to all
