It all depends what Aurium is holding...
my intuition is that they have something valuable and have decided on a JV instead of a backdoor listing, much more attrative in todays market.... so if this is so then it will be well recieved by the market.
They seem to be keeping it close to their chest.... until the prospectus is released, then it will be alot clearer and the market will talk.
