Business Expansion
Customers has, subject to certain terms and conditions, which are currently being
finalised, concluded negotiations for the acquisition of the 50% of the ATM net
business that the Company does not already own.
The main conditions are the approval of the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory
Memorandum by the ASIC and the ASX and then the approval of the Company’s
shareholders to this and associated transactions to be put to them at the Annual
General Meeting.
The price of the acquisition is the issue of 15 million ordinary shares in Customers
Ltd. The company is also negotiating with a senior figure in the ATM industry to join
the board of the company as Managing Director and to issue further securities to him
and to assist with the expansion of the business.
Details will be provided as soon as negotiations are concluded and the relevant
documents can be sent to shareholders.
