    Any idea's of the ex date for the coal spin off?

    LIKELY DEVELOPMENTS

    The Company’s acquisition of ATM Express has broadened it’s offering into the payment gateway business which will complement the existing web-enabled software and ASP services. The Company plans to continue the development of electronic payment systems.

    The Company’s investment in coal exploration and South American base metals projects are to be
    distributed to shareholders on a pro rata basis as announced to the ASX, subject to shareholder approval.

    Each 5 shares in Customers is entitled to receive one share in Rey, the Company formed as Petaluma ( now
    Rey) for the purpose.
