Multani58, I think you missjudge George Jones. This man has had nothing but good intention since the aeroplane crash that killed the entire Sundance board.
Geroge came back and has rebuilt the board and put Sundance back on the rails so to speak. The Hanlong offer is what has derailed us and that is purely because we could not get a JV partnership or finance to progress through to production. They took the opportunity to buy up all of the Talbot shares upon his death, + more and put themself in the position where they could put in the TO offer. That was outside of our board of directors control. The terms and conditions is what has us now hamstrung.
If you research George Jones the man you will find nothing but good behind his story so to say that he has gained financially off the back of us mums and dads is not correct.
