Great post Bolivia. I have been worrying about a brockman resourses type takeover. I think your scenario makes better sense. The Indos at the end of the day need Intrepids expertise as well as money. They are trying one huge bluff. Intrepid will win any legal battle. This is direct equity negotiating Indonesian style.
