    I don't believe this is the first time a Joint Venture partner and shareholder has expressed disquiet with the management of Empire Oil & Gas. I wonder if there was any mention of this and how this matter was settled in the annual reports of the time.. Probably ~ 2000. MAybe someone with a pile of dusty reports could check?
