He notified the company on 27th Feb that his resignation was effective from 1st Feb. Sounds like the same communication method they use to advise shareholders about general meetings.

I wonder what happened between those dates that he wants nothing to do with. Given the standards he has been happy to oversee as a director previously, it must be pretty bad.
